In a strategic step reflecting a shared vision to enhance integration across the energy and infrastructure sectors, a Tri-Framework Consortium Agreement was officially signed on April 29, 2026, between SAAD ALI AL-ESSA GROUP FOR CONTRACTING Company, MEGA For Construction & Industries (MEGA), and Petroleum Vision Contracting Company (PETRO-V).
This collaboration aims to deliver high-impact projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consortium represents a unified model of combined expertise and capabilities. Al Essa will lead the alliance, providing financial, administrative, and technical oversight, while PETRO-V will execute electromechanical and infrastructure works in collaboration with MEGA, leveraging its strong experience in the energy sector.
The agreement is designed to strengthen participation in major national projects through an integrated operational and execution framework, enabling each partner to deliver within their core specialization while ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
